- Scrape the tongue with Oolitt. Start with the back part of the tongue and work your way up to the front. Follow this by rinsing your mouth with water;
- Brush your teeth for a minimum of 2 minutes. Do no rinse with water
- Give OxyFresh Mouthwash a good shake before using it. Fill 2 caps with mouthwash and rinse for at least 1 minute. Try sticking your tongue out while you gargle. Preferably avoid eating and drinking for the next half an hour. Do not rinse with water
